1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using AddaInfluencer ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on AddaInfluencer for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any restricted areas of the Service
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Post spam, false, or defamatory content
• Engage in fraudulent activity or misrepresentation

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To list your profile on AddaInfluencer, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.

3.2 Account Verification

By creating a profile, you represent that you are the legitimate owner of the social media accounts and metrics you claim. We reserve the right to verify accounts and remove any that violate our policies or contain false information.

3.3 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use your account for:

• Illegal activities or fraud
• Harassment, discrimination, or hate speech
• Sexual content or exploitation
• Spam or automated solicitation
• Impersonation or identity theft
• Promotion of dangerous or harmful activities

4. Influencer Terms

4.1 Profile Content

As an influencer, you own your profile content and grant AddaInfluencer a non-exclusive license to display your profile publicly. You represent that all information is accurate and you have rights to all content shared.

4.2 Metrics Accuracy

You certify that follower counts, engagement metrics, and other statistics are accurate and honestly reported. Inflating metrics or using artificial engagement tactics violates these terms and may result in account suspension.

4.3 Direct Collaboration

You are free to negotiate rates and terms directly with brands. AddaInfluencer is a marketplace only and does not take commission. Disputes between you and brands are handled between the parties.

4.4 Brand Inquiry Response

You agree to respond to brand inquiries professionally and in good faith. Repeatedly declining inquiries or non-responsive behavior may affect your profile visibility.

4.5 Availability

You agree to disclose your availability for collaborations. Misleading about your willingness to collaborate is prohibited.

5. Brand Terms

5.1 Ethical Inquiries

Brands agree to make inquiries in good faith and respect creator boundaries. Inquiries must be for legitimate collaboration purposes.

5.2 No Unsolicited Contact

Brands may only contact creators through the AddaInfluencer platform. Attempting to contact creators outside the platform to circumvent our terms is prohibited.

5.3 Fair Compensation

Brands agree to negotiate in good faith and respect creator rates. Exploitative or unfair offers harm the creator ecosystem and may result in account suspension.

5.4 Intellectual Property

Brands agree to clearly outline usage rights, exclusivity terms, and content ownership before collaboration. All terms must be agreed upon by both parties.

6. Pricing and Payments

6.1 Featured and Premium Plans

Pricing for Featured and Premium listings is displayed on our website. Plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.

6.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by secure third-party processors. We do not store your credit card information. All transactions are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6.3 Currency and Taxes

Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Additional taxes may apply based on your location and applicable laws.

7. Content Moderation

7.1 Reserved Right to Remove Content

AddaInfluencer reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms, including profiles, posts, and comments that contain:

• Illegal content
• Hate speech or discrimination
• Sexual or explicit content
• Harassment or threats
• Fraud or false information

7.2 Account Suspension and Termination

Violations of these terms may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent termination of your account. Repeated violations will lead to immediate termination.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on AddaInfluencer, including logos, design, text, and code, is owned by AddaInfluencer or licensed by third parties. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

AddaInfluencer is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for data loss, lost profits, or any indirect damages.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AddaInfluencer's liability is limited to the amount you paid for premium services in the past 12 months. In no case shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Between Users

Disputes between influencers and brands are resolved between the parties directly. AddaInfluencer facilitates connections but does not mediate contract disputes.

11.2 With AddaInfluencer

Disputes with AddaInfluencer will be governed by the laws of India. You agree to attempt good faith resolution before pursuing legal action.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

13. Termination

AddaInfluencer may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account anytime by contacting our support team.

14. Modifications to Terms

AddaInfluencer reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

16. Entire Agreement
