Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Brand Access memberships (Premium / Pro)
- 7-day full refund: Request within 7 days of your first payment for a 100% refund.
- Monthly plans: Cancel anytime; you keep access until the end of the paid month. No partial-month refunds after the 7-day window.
- Yearly plans: After 7 days, we refund the unused full months on a pro-rata basis if you cancel early (the 2-months-free discount is adjusted out).
2. Creator & Brand listing subscriptions
- Every new listing starts with a free 7-day trial — you only pay if you choose to continue, so there is little to refund.
- If you were charged in error or within 7 days of your first paid cycle, we refund in full.
- Monthly listing fees are non-refundable after the cycle starts, but you can cancel renewal anytime from your dashboard or by messaging us.
3. Campaign packages (done-for-you)
- Before work begins (no creators contacted yet): 100% refund.
- After outreach has started: we refund the unused portion, minus any creator fees or costs already committed on your behalf.
- Once a campaign is delivered and reported, it is considered complete and non-refundable.
4. Reel production
- Full refund if you cancel before production starts.
- Once editing/shooting has begun, the deposit covering work done so far is non-refundable; any unused balance is returned.
5. How refunds are paid
Refunds always go back to your original payment method:
- Razorpay (card / netbanking / UPI / wallet): processed within 1–2 business days and reflected in your account in 5–7 business days, per your bank.
- Manual UPI QR payments: refunded to the same UPI ID you paid from, usually within 48 hours.
6. How to request a refund
The fastest way is WhatsApp — message Devendra (the founder) directly with your name, email used at payment, and the plan/package. You'll get a reply within 12 hours.
7. Chargebacks
Please talk to us before raising a chargeback with your bank — almost every issue is resolved faster directly. We keep payment records (Razorpay payment IDs / UPI references) for every transaction so we can verify and process your refund quickly.
